- Added a beam expander to the PMT path - Set the beam path from objective to beam path o Put lenses in o Adjusted distance to be perfect o Positioned 35mm and 250mm lenses - Stabilized microscope, consolidated spacing, straightened cage rods  basically cleaned up the design. - Added lenses, mirrors, dichroics in all locations - Got the galvos working and aligned - Aligned the laser beam

To do next week: - get bright field image - Align laser into field of view - Get fluorescent image on camera in the place of the PMT - Install the pinhole and PMT - Get confocal image of fluorescent slide - Install new laser and photodiode reading system - Write code to normalize
