How to Actually Cycle the Thing
Hook it up
1. Make sure the lid is off. 2. Put in a non-empty PCR tube. 3. Screw the lid on. Make sure the wires don't get tangled. Be especially careful with the thermistors. 4. The lid heater thermistor hooks into the red and black grabber clips. 5. The resistance wire plugs into the female clip-on ends.
Turn it on
1. Open LabView. (As of 19:03, 4 May 2011 (EDT), 2.712 is the best). Turn on the circuit's power supply. 2. Make sure the lid heater current is set to 0.00 A. 3. Turn on the fan/lid heater power supply. 4. Start the VI. 5. Turn on the TEC power supply. 6.
