Project Information
Objective
The objective of this project is to constructed an automated directed evolution apparatus for long term evolution and optimization studies. Conducted as final project for 20.345 Spring 2011.
Goals
- Primary - demonstrate targeted cellular ablation
- Secondary - implement ablation scanning optics / mechanics
- Tertiary - build software for long-term time studies
