Dark Field Imaging

To simplify the algorithm for imaging processing, we decided to change the BF imaging to dark field. Here's our sketch of the setup: We structure the light before the condenser so that a cone of light with a radius sufficiently large hits the sample. Then, only the light scattered by the sample will be collected by the objective.

The block does not have to be very precise as long as it is within a reasonable size range.

After some adjustments and lots of patience, we get the image... (1um beads)
