Week of 4-11-2011
- Met with the professors on Friday with block diagram slides for hardware, software, as well as updated gantt chart.
- Scanning code now works, and will move to new FoVs per stage movement.
- Diagrams of entire system done.
Current Plans
- By the end of next week: finish image processing, and integrate with existing scanning code. Test Perfusion chamber
- By the end of two weeks: Be able to play laser tag with cells. Integration of image processing & scanning tested and ready to go. Laser firing works with fluorescent beads, along with hopefully fluorescent bacteria.
