Monday
Meeting with Andy Bardagjy regarding the femtosecond laser in the basement of E14.
- Ti:Sapphire, 300mW, 60fs, 90MHz.
- Believes laser can be fixed, only needs a month to do so.
- Should double check numbers and make sure we don't need an amplifier
- Need to double check available perfusion chambers
Wednesday
Andy met with Ed & Neil to discuss equipment.
- We're allowed to take down the existing setup and replace it with anything we want.
Friday
Laser reported working in CW. Started working on getting Python running with OpenCV.
