1. Generate a realistic, synthetic movie of 1-micron particles diffusing in water, captured with the 40X Nikon objectives in the lab. (2D diffusion is okay.)
2. Develop code in Matlab to measure the diffusion coefficient from the synthetic movie.
3. How does the uncertainty of the result change as a function of intensity? Make reasonable assumptions about the camera.
