How to build a machine

  1. Install current version of Windows (or some better operating system)
  2. Create Learning Biologic Geanie account
  3. Install software below on master image, test, copy to all other computers

AVT Manta GigE camera parameters

Computer NIC:

  • Go to Realtek PCI BBE:Properties:Configure:Advanced
    • JumboFrame: 7kB MTU

Connection uses only:

    • AVT & Prosilica (checked)
    • IPv4 (checked)
      • Fixed IP: 169.257.100.1
    • subnet mask: 255.255.0.0
    • All else UNCHECKED

Camera NIC:

  • Via GigEIPConfig program
    • Fixed IP: 169.254.100.2
    • Subet mask: 255.255.0.0.
    • Gateway: 169.254.0.1
